I am not sure that whether a curtailment of sexual rights of gays and lesbian community of Nepal would in fact, lead to a curtailment of human rights. Nevertheless, One could easily argue that not "all the immoral sexual rights" fall within the boundary of Human rights regime, and therefore should not be regarded as Human Rights.
